Elena Loffreno (b. 2002, Staten Island, New York) is a Palestinian and Italian multimedia artist whose work focuses on documenting the personal nuances of cultural identity within the contemporary setting.
With a background in documentary photography, video performance, and journalistic writing, she utilizes her skills to explore the diaspora of culture— overall confronting one’s own placement within a politically radicalized world.
She is finishing both a BFA in Photography from Parsons School of Design as well as a BA in Journalism & Design from Eugene Lang College of Liberal Arts.
She is also currently working in marketing at Lomography and is the North American editor for their online magazine and newsletters.
She also has experience in and is available for event photography, real estate photography, and lookbook shoots.
